Diaphragms can increase bacteria growth, while unlubricated&nbsp;condoms&nbsp;and spermicides can irritate your urinary tract. All can make&nbsp;UTI symptoms&nbsp;more likely.<\/li><li>Keep your genital area dry by wearing cotton underwear and loose-fitting clothes.
