Short Learning Programmes
SHORT LEARNING PROGRAMMES IN MEDIATION
Any member of the public may enrol for any of these courses, should they comply with the admission criteria for the specific programme. Both programmes have been approved by the NWU Institutional Committee on Academic Standards. They comply with the prescribed 40 hour formal training and standards set by the court annexed mediation rules as one of the requirements for registration as a mediator.
We will gladly offer any of these as an in-house training programme adapted to your particular needs-

PRACTICAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
The Law Clinic offers a variety of Short Learning Programmes aimed at developing practical skills needed in the legal profession.
All these ourses have been approved by the NWU Institutional Committee on Academic Standards. The courses are offered to legal practitioners, candidate legal practitioners, social or welfare workers, paralegals and students.
We prefer to schedule in-house training on dates that suit your company. Registration forms available on request.
