Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA): Credit Banking
After successfully completing the BBA: Credit Banking programme,you will be able to inter-alia:
- Develop a bank strategic plan that demonstrates knowledge of relevant management theories and models
- Evaluate and interpret financial statements by applying a range of methods so you can make informed financial management decisions and assess the viability of the bank
- Understand credit management in the banking sector and related credit laws
- Analyse a bank’s financial performance and develop strategies for improvement of profitability
General information
Upon successful completion of the programme you will be able to demonstrate integrated knowledge of relevant strategic management theories and models in developing a bank strategic plan, and to evaluate and interpret financial statements to assess the viability of the bank and make informed decisions.
The BBA: Credit Banking is an NQF level 7 specialisation qualification consisting of 360 credits. It is a three-year degree that equips students with the relevant management and leadership skills, knowledge and self-awareness to perform more efficiently and to take their career in banking to the next level.
